As a mother who has experienced it firsthand, I recognize the significance of receiving personal support while navigating pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
Following a traumatic first birth at a hospital, I was determined to have a different experience with my next child. I opted for a natural, unmedicated birth, trusting in my body's abilities. By staying attuned to my body during pregnancy, prioritizing hormone balance, and nourishing myself, I prepared for this journey. I learned how to take charge of my pregnancy, while trusting God and seeking His wisdom.
Equipped with various coping strategies and having a supportive birth team, I went on to have a redeeming and empowering birth experience. This is how birth should be! No matter if that's natural or medicated, the mother should feel SAFE and SUPPORTED - having her choices respected.
This experience ignited a passion and desire to support other women as they prepare to bring their little ones into the world. I believe in women's autonomy in their pregnancy and birthing choices, believing in their innate capability for this process as the mother. God created them for this!

Certified by both DONA and The Biblical Birth School, I continuously expand my knowledge to assist my clients better, helping them to have a BLISSFUL BEGINNING into motherhood and beyond.

Prenatal: We will have two scheduled prenatal appointments together. We will cover any questions you have, go over the stages of labor and birth, and learn about coping techniques.

Prenatal: We will have two scheduled prenatal appointments together. We will cover any questions you have, go over the stages of labor and birth, and learn about coping techniques.
We will also talk about birth and postpartum planning, and methods your partner can utilize to be hands on during delivery.
Birth: I will be available to give tips during early labor and will join you during active labor until the birth of your baby. I will be offering physical, emotional, and information support to both you and your partner throughout labor. I will also take birth photos throughout if you wish.
Postpartum: I will be coming to your home once for a postpartum visit. During this time, I will be dropping off a warm nutritious meal, doing light house cleaning, and ensuring you and baby are doing well. I can answer any postpartum or breastfeeding questions you may have. I can also provide additional support recommendations or referrals.

Through a combination of biblical teaching, practical instruction, and supportive community, you'll gain a deeper understanding of God's design for the birthing process.
