If you've been a part of my community for long, you know that I'm a huge advocate for education when it comes to birth! I believe women should be proactive in their approach towards birth, in order to positively influence the overall experience. Plus, being familiar with the process can give you the confidence and tools you need to have a beautiful birth.
So what about when it comes to finding a birth class that aligns with your philosophy and values? It can be hard to find! As a certified Christian childbirth educator, I have created a course that not only goes over the physical process, but also the physiological process! Showing how incredibly women were designed to give birth! We also dive DEEP into some Biblical truths and principles that we can apply towards birth. I know this will be such a helpful resource held periodically throughout the year. and blessing to many families as the prepare to have a faith-filled birth and not a fear based one!
This virtual live class will be conducted over Zoom over three sessions.Each session will last about 1 - 2 hours long. You will also receive the workbook to print out via email to take notes as we go!
