I believe women should be proactive in their approach towards birth, in order to positively influence the overall experience. Plus, being familiar with the process can give you the confidence and tools you need to have a beautiful birth.
So what about when it comes to finding a birth class that aligns with your philosophy and values? It can be hard to find! As a certified Christian childbirth educator, I have created a course that not only goes over the physical process, but also the physiological process! Showing how incredibly women were designed to give birth! We also dive DEEP into some Biblical truths and principles that we can apply towards birth.
